Plant Description: Goldenrain Tree gets its name from the long panicles of yellow flowers that bloom during the summer.  The papery seed pods that follow the blooms fade from a yellow to a copper color.  A dense rounded crown of foliage is composed of pinnate leaves with several leaflets.  The green leaves often produce a yellowish-orange fall color.
